 Below are shown the Standard Shuttlecraft, shown in an unused matte painting from Star Trek, the Motion Picture, and its big brother the Long Range Shuttlecraft, along with the Warp Sled and a selection of Mission Module expansions. Interiors are speculative, and show a variety of variants. The Mission Modules may be joined in a train of up to three, but usually are used singlely or in pairs. All are shown in Starfleet markings, though they also appear in planetary and civilian service. Both are capable of low Warp velocities, but the Long Range Shuttlecraft uses the Warp Sled to achieve higher Warp velocities. Your Mileage May Vary®. |
